Member Services and the Standards Team collaborated in 2025 to simplify and clarify Unity’s Code of Ethics, creating one clear document for ministries and one for spiritual leaders.

This two-hour Zoom class is designed for anyone serving in a leadership role within a ministry. Whether you are a minister, board member, chaplain, or spiritual leader, this class will deepen your understanding of why a Code of Ethics is essential to the healthy and effective operation of a ministry. Together, we will explore how ethical principles support our leadership and reflect our awakened lives, offering space for reflection, dialogue, and shared insight.

Rev. Charli is our Unity Southwest Region Rep and a ministry consultant, ministry transition specialist. She is dedicated to the support of healthy thriving ministries. Her open-hearted collaboration with ministry leadership allows for the individual expression of the ministry while keeping in alignment with cutting edge practices.
