Rev. Nancy Mercurio has been a member of Unity of Tampa since 1999, serving as volunteer coordinator, choir member and guest speaker and has served as minister since 2020. She is an ordained Unity Minister, as well as an ordained Interfaith Minister with a doctorate in ministry earned through creating and serving a global non-profit, Together in Peace for 6 years. Her efforts included outreach initiatives in local communities and in Sierra Leone, where she worked with government officials to provide school supplies and tuition for students. She also serves as Interfaith Minister at the University of Tampa where she helps students grow both spiritually and emotionally.
Nancy is also the co-founder of Leadership Training Systems Inc., has spent 20 years as a global executive coach, and 29 years as a consultant helping leaders and organizations drive successful outcomes. She televised over 100 programs to more than 1M people worldwide and has authored 7 books, including a self-help book with a 7-week series given to 62 Unity churches.
With a servant leadership approach, Rev. Nancy has created a community-based, mission-centric focus at Unity of Tampa. Her personal journey of overcoming life challenges led to her living a God-centered life and empowering others to do the same.
